Thanks to refined equipment and specialized staff, the Information Technology and Telecommunication System allows the coordination of operations, the management of available resources, the data filling, analysis, transmission and dissemination, thereby ensuring the effectiveness of the whole Castalia Ecolmar organizational structure.

The service is provided by a Sistema Informativo Centrale (SIC) (Central Information System) located at the CCR, which besides an alpha- numerical database includes a GIS (Geographical Information System) and a DIS (Distributed Information System) at the various CAP.
